Would a real Hyperliquid bot get the fills the paper runner books? Same liquidation signal and
levels as the 30-asset backstop, run on the live order book. The paper arm fills whenever a print touches the
level. The exec arm behaves like a real bot: a resting order at a valid tick, live half a second after the
decision, re-quoted only on a 10 bp move, and filled only when the price goes through it or the size queued ahead
of it has traded. Both exit with market orders against the live book. No real orders are sent.
